2. Equipment  Features
1. The equipment channel is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the frame structure is not easy to deform, which is in line with the national food production safety standard.
2. The equipment USES the water seal cover to prevent the overflow of the steam and the operator, and also keeps the product warm and the sterilization temperature is even.                      
3. At the end of the device, a frequency converter is used, and the intermediate frequency converter is used to carry out the pull of the transmission shaft and reduce the pull of the driving gear, so as to make the conveyor network run.This can save 60% and reduce the tension of the net belt and 
prolong the service life.
4. The conveyor belt can select stainless steel chain mesh, stainless steel chain plate and pp chain plate according to customer's product situation.Both sides of conveyor chain (chain plate) can add wear strip to prevent the product from clamping into the chain on both sides of the chain plate.
5. Steam heating system consists of automatic temperature control valve, globe valve, manual trimming valve, temperature sensor and display screen.The equipment adopts steam heating, the water temperature quickly reaches the predetermined temperature, which is beneficial to save energy, reduce the noise, and the service life is relatively long.The temperature display instrument can adjust the steam size to ensure that the temperature difference of the water in the tank is small and the sterilization effect is equal.Temperature sensors can monitor the temperature in all directions.
6. The water cycle by discharging end to feed end circulation, make the sterilization temperature is more balanced, ahead of circulating water pump with a filter system, in order to prevent the groove impurity pump to the pump, circulate in the sterilization (cooling) slot for a long time.
7. The equipment has a separate control system for PLC, which is easy to operate and maintain.
